These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the contractual relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and ViewOn.Ai, a brand of ecodaya UG (haftungsbeschränkt), hereinafter referred to as "we" or "ViewOn.Ai." By using our service, you agree to these GTC. If you do not agree to the GTC, you are not permitted to use our service.
ViewOnAI provides a platform enabling users to interact with various artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots, including ChatGPT, Llama, and Gemini. Through the platform, users can acquire both free and paid subscriptions for advanced chatbot services. Using our services is only allowed under the conditions of these GTC.
3.1 Minimum Age: The use of our platform is only permitted for individuals who are at least 16 years old. Individuals under 18 require the consent of a legal guardian. By using ViewOnAI, users confirm that they meet the required age criteria.
3.2 Registration: To use our services, you must register with ViewOnAI. The provided information must be complete and accurate. In case of incorrect information, we may suspend or delete the user account at any time.
3.3 Access to the User Account: Access to the user account is via the method chosen during registration. Users are required to keep their login credentials confidential and protect them from unauthorized third-party access. Our employees are not authorized to request passwords via phone or in writing. When choosing a password, users should follow generally accepted guidelines for length and complexity. The password can be changed anytime exclusively through the user account. In case of loss of login data, password, or suspected misuse, the user must notify us immediately. Furthermore, we are entitled to block access to the user account in cases of abuse. Users are liable for any misuse they are responsible for.
4.1 License to Use: Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the ViewOnAI platform, its AI models, personal AI assistants, and other AI-based functionalities, referred to as "Chatbots," in accordance with these GTC.
4.2 User Obligations: Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and not to publish any content that violates legal regulations, third-party rights, or these GTC.
4.3 Restrictions: It is prohibited to decompile, modify, manipulate, or use the platform or its content for automated queries without our explicit consent.
4.4 User Confirmations: Users confirm and agree to the following:
5.1 Definition and Use of "Views": Queries to various AI chatbots are billed in the form of "Views." Each interaction with an AI chatbot, AI assistant, or other services consumes a certain number of Views. The exact number of Views required varies depending on the service and its functionality.
5.2 Dynamic Adjustment of Views: ViewOnAI reserves the right to adjust the number of Views required for using different AI chatbots and services at any time due to factors such as operating costs, licensing fees, or technical developments.
5.3 Announcement of Changes: Changes to the number of Views required for queries will be announced to users on the platform before the query is made. Users can always view the current required Views for queries on the platform after adjustments.
5.4 Binding Nature of View Adjustments: The number of Views required at the time of the query is binding for the user. Subsequent adjustments to the Views used for already completed queries are not possible.
6.1. Free Usage: Users can use the basic services of ViewOnAI free of charge.
6.2. Paid Subscriptions: For advanced features, we offer paid subscriptions. A subscription with ViewOnAI provides various benefits, such as a higher number of messages, faster response times from certain chatbots, and access to additional models that are not available in the free version of ViewOnAI. Subscribers receive a fixed number of views each month, which can be used to interact with the chatbots on ViewOnAI. Each chatbot indicates how many views are required to send a message. Unused views expire at the end of the month and are not carried over to the next month. Views can only be used on the ViewOnAI platform, have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or paid out. After canceling a subscription, your access to subscription benefits (including unused views) will end at the end of the billing period. In your account settings, you can view your currently active subscriptions and the status of your remaining views. Views are reset after 30 days from the day your subscription begins. Fees for paid services are charged in advance for the selected period. By purchasing a subscription, the user agrees to the applicable payment terms.
6.3. Price and Subscription Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of our subscriptions or their terms from time to time. However, price changes or adjustments to your subscription will not take effect until at least 30 days after notification. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
6.4. Termination and Renewal of Subscriptions: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled within the applicable notice period. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time in their account settings.
7.1 Additional Views for Premium Users: Premium users generally receive a higher number of views per billing period compared to free version users. Once the available views for the current period are used up, premium users can purchase additional views in the form of "Top-Ups." We offer various Top-Up packages with different quantities of additional views. These packages are always visible on the platform and can be selected and ordered directly by the user. The number of additional views and the price of each Top-Up package may vary.
7.2 Ordering Process and Payment: Top-Ups are ordered through the ViewOnAI platform. The costs for the selected Top-Ups are displayed to the user at the time of order. Payment is made via the user’s chosen payment method available on the platform.
7.3 Validity of Top-Ups: Additional views purchased through Top-Ups are valid for 12 months. Unused views from Top-Ups expire after this period unless explicitly stated otherwise on the platform. Top-Ups can only be used for the services unlocked in the current package.
7.4 Changes to Top-Up Packages: ViewOnAI reserves the right to adjust the number of views included in Top-Up packages and their prices at any time. Changes to Top-Up packages only apply to future purchases and do not affect previously purchased packages.
8.1 Types of Vouchers: ViewOnAI offers two types of vouchers, which allow users to receive a predefined number of views:
8.2 Redeeming Vouchers: Each voucher includes a unique voucher ID and can only be redeemed once. Redemption occurs by entering the voucher ID on the ViewOnAI platform. Upon redemption, the corresponding number of views will be credited to the user's account.
8.3 Validity and Expiration: Vouchers, whether purchasable or promotional, have a limited validity period, which is specified on the respective voucher or as part of the promotional campaign. Unredeemed vouchers expire after this period and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
8.4 Restrictions and Conditions: Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the legitimate account holder to whom the voucher was assigned. Cash redemption or conversion of a voucher into another form of credit is excluded. Each voucher can only be redeemed once and in full. Partial redemption is not possible.
8.5 Voucher Misuse: We reserve the right to block or refuse vouchers obtained through unlawful means. This includes, but is not limited to, acquiring vouchers through fraudulent actions, selling promo vouchers, or any form of manipulation of voucher codes.
8.6 Suspension and Cancellation: We are entitled to block or cancel a user's voucher if there are indications of misuse, unlawful use, or a violation of the terms and conditions. In such cases, there is no entitlement to replacement or refund of the affected vouchers or the views acquired with them.
9.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, and other payment service providers. The respective terms and conditions of the payment service providers apply.
9.2 Recurring Payments: If you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan on ViewOnAI, you agree that we will automatically charge you the respective fees. These charges will occur based on the conditions you selected during the purchase process and will repeat every 30 days (monthly subscription) or 365 days (annual subscription) from the subscription start date via your provided payment method and at the current rates. You confirm that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. It is your responsibility to make all due payments until you cancel your subscription as described in Section 5.4. Your subscription remains active until terminated by you or us in accordance with these terms. For payments via cryptocurrencies, automatic renewals are technically not possible. In such cases, users must renew the subscription and make the payment for the selected period themselves.
9.3 Third-Party Purchases: Subscriptions or purchases made through third parties like Google Play, Apple, or PayPal are handled directly by these providers. It is your responsibility to ensure all applicable taxes or currency conversions are included. You can inquire about these with the respective third-party provider. You are solely responsible for paying such taxes and fees. Third-party providers handle, manage, and provide us with information about the status of any payments made for subscriptions or other purchases. ViewOnAI cannot initiate, cancel, or refund subscriptions on your behalf. Changes to your subscription status made with the third-party provider may have an immediate impact on your subscription with ViewOnAI, such as when the subscription is canceled with the third-party provider.
9.4 Refunds: All paid subscription fees and other payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise decided by ViewOnAI. If you purchased your subscription through third parties like Apple, Google Play, or PayPal, you must contact the respective service provider directly to inquire about their refund policies.
10.1 Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content generated by AI chatbots. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
10.2 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and, in such cases, only for foreseeable damages.
10.3 Third-Party Services: The AI chatbots accessible via ViewOnAI are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of these third-party services. A complete list of all AI chatbots can be found here.

Users may terminate their account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if these terms or applicable laws are violated.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email to [email protected]) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of changes in a timely manner. If the user does not agree with the updated terms, they may cease using the platform.
German law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions is our registered office in Troisdorf. This jurisdiction clause applies only to business transactions with merchants.
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
